Not trying to start a gun debate. Just curious who has never shot a gun. And by gun I mean something with gunpowder.

I think the first time I ever shot a gun was around age 10 on a camping trip. A friend of the family let me shoot a 22 rifle a couple of times. Age 18 I shot a 20 gauge shot gun a few times out in the country. Age 21 I got my 357 mag. It's been a few years. I need to get out of the city for awhile.

What's your gun history?

Never have shot a gun and have no desire to. I have a fear of guns. Just seeing one (like under a glass case) gives me cold sweats. :smoking:

A good friend of mine was a licensed gun dealer and I used to go to shooting ranges with him. The first time we went as high school students , he stole his fathers 38 snubnose revolver. Man, what a kick in that little thing! I missed the targets completely with it. He ended up being a competitive pistol shooter and I gave it up as I really sucked.

Don't hunt but I have fucked up some diet rite cans. Favorite gun is a german officers pistol that my grandpa brought back from the world war from a german officer - can harldy hit the hill with this thing. He never even told my father the exact story of how he got it.

Also have a 22 semi-auto and a 20 gauge. Occasionally shoot a buddy's 42 magnum and 9-millimeter...those are serious weapons.

I have shot numerous handgunds, shotgun (banelli) and mp-5. MP-5 shots smooth as hell and anyone can pretty much hit the target with just about no skills, it's that dead on.

Fun people to know! I grew up in the backwoods of Texas, and my father (whose job licenses him to own automatic weapons) was friends with a gunsmith...

First shot a 22 when I was very young, maybe 6? Favorite two rifles are the bolt action MP40 sniper rifle and the Henry Big Boy. The three scariest guns I've ever fired are an uzi of some sort, and a modified Barrett .50 cal.

I don't hunt much, but when I do I'd rather use a bow and arrow.

A compound bow can do a fair amount of damage, that is for sure.

A friend of mine is with the FBI and when we get together once or twice a year it always includes trips to the range(s). Wish I could tell you everything I've shot, but most of them have been handguns. Some small automatics as well. I love shooting and is rather addictive, however I don't want to have a gun in the house, so I've never gone out and purchased. Very fun though. Very expensive too.

Seriously? Fantastic. That could totally be a scene from a movie.

If that scenario is ever played out in a future Iraq movie, we'll know the RX has a following in Hollywood.
