Yahoo does, but you either have to dial up outside of the country or find a good proxy the hides the fact that it is a proxy well enough that yahoo does not catch on.
Directv has an exclusive contract with the NFL for the US - they pay over $1B/year.
You would think Directv would offer their package online, but as of now, they have not.
