Kruser, between your heart, your appendix, your friend and your dog-I'd have to advise you to find a safer hobby. From the sound of things lately, you're bound to kill everyone involved.

Chess or bingo sounds like a better fit for you.

Greenhead. He lives for it. More ducks than anything, but all of the above. He is an excellent shot.

Frog, how do you know Greenhead? Have you been hunting with him to know he is an excellent shot?

Finally a hunting thread at the RX.
To answer your question me and Frog have hunted a few times together.Hes an excellant shot also.Hes just a little rusty because hes behind his Donny B screen 20 hours a day and refuses to get out when BB is here.

Hunting season started for me Sept.1 for doves shot almost 70.The season just ended.
As for Ducks it opens Oct 21st.I own 86 acres next to the Sacramento refuge. We started flooding our natural field last week.It takes about 2 weeks to flood and will be ready for the opener.
I shot about 200 ducks last year but I hunt ALOT.
Got some geese and pheasants also.
Good luck this year.

Yes, I have the most miraculous shot, hole in one golden bb on a teal way, way out. But I am humbled next to Greenie. He does this like I do black bass fishing. We always outshoot the other blinds, everytime. I hunted pheasants my entire life, from 15 on. Smoked them also. Last year got blown out with 40+ mph winds. Only setback is you have to walk out through water, and Greenhead blazes across to the blind. And I being the fat fucking FROG loaded down with gear, gun and shells sink through the crust and walk slower than a sloth on downers. But I carry my own weight and laugh at myself. I leave the screen to do it so I must enjoy it a lot. I am blessed to have a friend with such a sweet set up. Best blind I have ever hunted.

Best Wishes...OF :toast:

Good stuff fellas.

Absolutely live for it

Leaving for Canada on Friday. Killed 321 birds there last year in one week. We will be throwing out 315 full body canadas and 5 dozen mallards. Should be another amazing week as numbers up north look good.

If you two ever want to come hunt the central flyway with me I will get a spot open for you for sure. Just get ahold of me via email, wil can give you my email. Got a couple more pics for ya guys!

see railbird for the inside information on the national duck duck goose competion being held at Kinder Kare and being shown on ESPN II. He has received a tip that the fat kid does have some wheels and that little Bobbie Joe runs the circle the wrong way 40% of the times. Also Timmy never has picked a girl for goose in any tournament played this year.

Love to duck and goose hunt. Dont do it anymore here in FL. In MN used to wake up every morn before school and hunt, then after. Brutal conditions sometimes. Best if done with dogs, labs my fav. Now have 16 yr old yellow lab.
