3. KANSAS STATE
4. NAVY
5. OLKAHOMA STATE***

Substituted WAKE FOREST into the # 5 slot in place of OKLAHOMA STATE upon further reflection later in thread.

Honorable mention in no particular order......

Purdue, Rutgers, Iowa, Wake Forest.

Ok State will knock off at least one major big 12 opponent this season.

Navy has the smallest O-line in Ncaa, but yet consistently rolls up 300 + yards vs. nearly everyone they play.

Nothing overrated about any of those 5 on your list except maybe Kan State.

Im not sold on S. Flor, but they are a decent squad....same with Houston...solid squad.

Last weeks Navy/Stanford line was a joke.

Rutgers being on your list, Ill assume is to draw attention to the thread and not worthy of any further debate.

RUTGERS and IOWA will probably be better than Texas AM, WISKY, UCLA, and TCU as the season winds down and possibly are now..............I agree.

The honorable mention list could have included these teams too............the TOP FIVE listed is more of what should be concentrated on.

Didn't say they were OVERrated.......just listing my TOP FIVE of what I believe are the WORST UNDEFEATED teams in CFB.

Very content with my current TOP FIVE in this regard AFTER WEEK THREE.

Perhaps I could have put WAKE FOREST in at #5 instead of OKLAHOMA STATE.

In fact, upon further reflection.........doing just that.

Purdue's defense is so bad this year......they'll be lucky to win 5 games and if Tiller can get them to a bowl it will be a miracle only akin to skinsraj not talking about masturbation for 2 hours

I would like Purdue to play Houston, Navy, and/or Oklahoma State...would probably lose to all 3.

Its also very doubful Wisconsin would beat any of those 3.

My $ would be on Ok State vs. Iowa.

Wow, your high on the Cowboys!

Will keep a closer eye on them as the season progresses.

The Wake Forest/Uconn game was pretty pathetic. Wake's first score came off of an interception at the 20 yard line or so. The 265lb DE proceeded to run 80 yards for the touchdown. I remember seeing the QB and the TE catch up to him around the 30 yard line or so and then collided into each other and let the guy go. Uconn missed a FG or two and a PAT and then Wake got a cheap TD in the last 2 minutes. Both teams played horribly.

For the record, I will not be betting the Houston/Ok State game.

Both are decent teams and this game will decide which one is the real Cinderella.

Regardless, Okla State is a bet @ Stillwater vs. A&M, Nebraska, & Oklahoma.

Houston #1...LOL thats funny
No disrespect but Houston is not the worst undefeated team...

The Cougars' offense not only ranked 19th in the nation last season, but it also led C-USA in total yards with an average of 438.8 ypg. For the fourth straight year, Kevin Kolb returns as the starting quarterback for Houston's pass-happy offense.

Kolb has made 36 straight starts and is already the Cougars' all-time offense leader. In fact, Kolb is the NCAA's active leader in total offense (9,752 yards), passing yards (9,155) and completions (672). Last season, Kolb completed 60.5 percent of his tosses for 3,258 yards with 19 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. All three of last year's starting wide receivers are back, including Vincent Marshall.

They will be going Bowling this year for the 3rd time in the last 4 years under Briles....JMO

Last Saturday TCU held Texas Tech to only 3 points.

TCU has been among the top smashmouth teams the past decade.

The big teams often wont schedule TCU, for they dont want their season ruined by a mid-major team that takes no prisoners...ask Bob Stoops.

There are plenty other top 25 undefeated teams that wouldnt hold Texas Tech under 21 & many would give up 35+ vs. the Red Raiders.
