This is why I don't cap baseball with the 'ERA' statistic...

It is obvious that the error "cost" a run...

This is why I DO NOT use ERA's when capping...EVER!!!!!

stats such as WHIP or even xERA's gauge a pitcher's productivity much better then a "biased" official scorers ERA stat....
