Was going to wager on Jax tonight. I was out in the backyard playing w/ my dog before the game. Was waiting until just before kickoff to try to get the best ML on Jax. Didn't realize MNF starts a half hour early this year. Walk in the house as the kickoff is in the air at 8:40. Game was off the board at all my outs.

One of those weekends.

Not tonight, but Comcast screwed me royally yesterday. Nothing like losing internet access from mid 4th Q of the early games well into the 1st Q of the 2nd slate.

I've lived in this house for a tad over 3 years and Comcast internet had pretty much been rock solid.....until the last 6 months.

It is time to get a DSL as a backup. Hell, it was time to do that when f'ing Comcast pulled some bullshit unannounced scheduled maintenance on me at midnight sharp one night when I was leading a $200 single table S&G tourney.

Seems like a waste of $$$$, but I know damn well that I'd be ahead.

Not a lot by any means, but I'm dabbling. It can make you crazy depending on how involved you get into it-and really requires you to pay attention and minimize the distractions....something that's pretty tough for me to do.

I got some Jax +110 at the half to go with +3.5 -135, and under 37.5

I asked a friend to put in a JAX +3 bet for me from a book that booted me and I got shut out because I wasn't clear telling him that the game started at 8:30, and he thought it started at 9.

You need a book that bets 'in running'.

For example, we update lines on Monday Night Football at every break in play. We do approximately 16 football games a week (college and pro) in running and plan to do as many as we can handle.

Can't you call in a wager in that case?
