Update From NROG:

I'm dying to write you all and tell you the fight has been won but I can't just yet. From every member on our team in DC we have gotten word that the attempt to attach legislation to the Defense Bill is still dead. I, however, will not throw confetti until I see the actual bill when released from committee which should happen at any time this week. It's very simple for language to get "thrown in" last minute. Frist is hell-bent on getting this legislation passed before he leaves office so if he fails with this bill I can assure you he will attempt to find another less controversial bill to attach it to.

SOUNDS GREAT!!! thanks NROG for the update lets all keep calling and crossing fingers!! I truly think if it gets Xnayed in the next week thats IT for this thing for long while...I think next year they propose to " study" it for a few years since 5-6 attempts to pass it has failed

It's now +405 that it won't pass at TradeBetx!!!!

Wow, I think that's the highest line it's been.

Shouldn't that be "will" pass? at +405 that it won't pass is a deal, is it not?

Where Do Sens. Like Frist & Kyle Come From??

Can`t the electorate see how transparent they are? Everything is politicaly motivated. I guess that`s just the nature of the beast, once elected you`ll do anything to stay in office. One reason I`ve always maintained that people with $$$ make the best pols. They aren`t dependent on their wages. In the last 50 yrs has there been an honest one?
