I haven't withdrawn in a while, but you are correct. At least it shows when you go to payout page. Since it's one a month, the limit could be a bit higher.
I think they might be persuaded to work with you, if you were a regular and called them about it. They are discouraging action if they are going to charge 1%.
Maybe they only want smaller players ? Remember when they said dimeline to 190, then yanked after about 3 days ?
