be impeached if the Dem's have the power to indict him? What would the charges be? Clinton was charged w/ lying about an extra marital dalliance which brought disgrace to himself and his loved ones but no one died. Spying, lying, illegal war, torture????? Maybe we would should just coronate our Fuhrer or appeal the XXII amendment and declare him as dictator for life? Is Junior overstepping his executive powers as a wartime prez? Any sea lawyers out there?

I personally think that Junior is a disgrace to our nation and a disgrace to our military as Commander-in- Chief. Do you think that the Iranians are afraid of him via his UN speech? The US has become a 3rd rate bully nation under this moron. I vote to impeach!

I agree with Pat Buchanan, it is the Presidents duty to protect the country from invasion. We are currently under invasion by Mexico. He needs to be impeached and someone serious about protecting the borders put in charge.

I would prefer it if the cheap slimy little fuk just got a huge kick in the nuts.

Wasting more than a dollar on him would give him more credit than he would ever deserve.

I believe the process to remove Junior starts in November! Pennslyvania has a REp named Santorum who has said on record the American people only needs one income and a parent should be at home always? Well he failed to finish the sentence, if your a congressman/woman then your other 1/2 doesn't need to work! BTW ask Mr Santorum where his wife works, she doesn't? Why if you care to know, b/c she received a $6 BILLION SETTLEMENT from a malpractice suit. At their age if they were to live to be 70, having 6 billion would mean they would have to live on about $150,000 a year....... That doesn't include his salary! Wake-up America and smell their horse shit..... Oh I forgot.....most don't care as long as THEY are content?

SKODA hyperbolizes: Why if you care to know, b/c she received a $6 BILLION SETTLEMENT from a malpractice suit.

SH: Look, I'm the first to line up and blast that dork Santorum, but now you're writing total fiction.

yea your probably right about thee bogus # I posted on her settlement figure but brother.......the amount is as important as his wife receiveiving a settlement prior to this dork preventing others from doing the same by voting to prevent Drs from losing such awards! Regardless how we feel about this situation for him to say only one income is a riDICKulus comment by a DickHead not a dork.......

No love for Bush, but don't think we should waste time with impeachment like we did with Clinton. Won't happen anyway.

Only a left wing Clinton bum kisser could term oath breaking, perjury, and sexual harrassment as "lying about an extra marital dalliance".

What about all of those Dems wjho believed the WMD "lie"; should they be immpeached?

What about all of those Dems that voted for Bush to invade Iraq; should they be impeached?

The fact is that you hate Bush because he doesn't march lockstep to the tenets laid out in your manifesto.

I'll agree that Bush has screwed up and I don't support him on a host of issues - but he's still better than Kerry.

You Jack Murtha wannabes are a riot! Why don't you go spout your anti-Bush rhetoric to a platoon of real Marines and see what happens.

Now there's a rationale I could support!

Let's impeach Bush and every Congressman from both parties who want to let the illegal aliens continue their unwanted invasion!@

Jack Murtha stopped being a real Marine when he wanted to string up some real Marines without the benefit of a trial (remember Hamdaniya). The guy is a turncoat and a shame to real Marines.

On 17 may, REP. JOHN MURTHA, D-PA. said: "There was no — there was no firefight. There was no IED that killed these innocent people. Our troops overreacted because of the pressure on them. And they killed innocent civilians in cold blood."

This statement is on video tape and can't be denied. Murtha proved his bonafides with this anti-soldier sentiment - the guy is a shame to the uniform he wore.

Murtha is 70 something years old. Has never sought the spotlight. Certainly has no aspirirations for higher office. Has served his country in many ways. I think he has earned the right to speak his mind, especially on military matters.

I won't argue your point that Murtha has served his country honorably - but to accuse Marines of "cold blooded murder" without those Marines having the benefit of a trial is beyond irresponsible - especially from someone who claims to support the common soldier!

This high profile public figure making such a condemning statement hurts all soldiers everywhere - and it causes irreversible damage to those Marine who have yet to go to trial.

BB, I actually agree with you on his statement on that specific case. But as to his opinion on the war, the one he caught so much shit for, I believe he was well within his rights as well as his obligations to voice his concerns. Quickly followed by the questioning of his character, honor, and patriotism. If this man can't voice dissent, who can?

.

Judge, Murtha isn't a civilian, he's a politician who claims to support the common soldier. His opinion, and the way he asserts that opinion are therefore subject to scrutiny and criticism.

Unless it's Hanoi Jane or someone of that ilk, I try not to question the patriotism of anyone - especially someone who has been in harms way.

Murtha's words has placed him in the "not to be trusted" camp - but that doesn't diminish his service or his honor.

I think his voice of dissent puts him in the much needed category. Whether he is right or wrong, sometimes questions need to be asked. I'm still not sure at this point, if our goals and plans to achieve them have become any clearer in Iraq. I can only hope that they have.
