This is a high number, but rightfully so. Penn's ERA is 26.98, and his road ERA is 31.11. That's not a typo. He's giving up on average more than 7 runs per game.
Seo's ERA is 4.74, and is giving up on average about 3 runs per game. The average gets us to 10, but Balt & TB don't really seem to be offensive powerhouses.
I almost want to take TB moneyline, TB team total over 5, and over 10.5 against Penn. What do you think?
