Check out sportsbook.com, wagerline and I think there are others. Other posters would be able to assist you with that. The best tool I would use is donbest.com and it's free. The updates on line movements are pretty fast and this way you can find out what the sharps are playing because you can compare with the opening numbers. That is just another tool to use when you cap.
