I think I made a major mistake. I put some money in Hollywood last month thinking they were solid, having seen advertisements on both this site and the OSGA. I put in about 3k and I turned it into 8500. I tried to withdraw 6500 this week and they have started the no-pay strategy.

I searched Hollywood today and found the thread from August 26th with the main conversation between SportSavant and Seymour. I am now very worried that i'm never gonna see my money.

What are my chances.

Thanks,
Clutch

You will see your money - they did even send the check they said they sent - of course I never requested it - the new Hollywood likes to play games - they'll give you alot if BS before they pay but they will pay - I got paid in about 8 or 9 days WHICH IS A BIG FUCKING JOKE by the way - they should have just stiffed me because I would not play there again after what they pulled.

Today I did receive a check for the $6500 I requested. I did ask for it via neteller but I'll take it anyway I can get it. Thanks for the reassurances michael777 and Seymour. I still have about 4k in there and I will be trying to get that sooner than later.

Just wanted to give that update!

Thanks,

Hollywood is a solid book. They are owned by Sportingbet which is as solid as they come. Payments by Neteller within 48 hours is acceptable to me.

Spades.......

Why would you consider 48 hour Neteller payment to be acceptable when the standard is more like 48 minutes ??

SportingBet, solid as they come? They are shitty as hell and get a D+ rating.

They are as financially sound as any sportbook. That is the most important issue when deciding on a sportsbook. That grade is due to unfair criticism concerining decisions made by Sportingbet regarding questionable practices by players.

I like SBR generally, but that rating isn't really accurate compared to them grading places like VIP A+

This exactly what I am talking about. Give them a very wide berth!

I'm also sorry to report that they're stalling like fuckin' hell on grading season wins props on the baseball season that ended Sunday.

I am starting to worry a little now, I have been using Hollywood for 4 years now, and never had any problems. Should I just get everything out of there and move it over to pinnacle? :icon_conf

I don't think they will grade futures for you unless you can track it down for them. I just called and sent the email to them that had the listof pending Futures. The reason they didn't get back to me is they didn't have my phone #. Thats a new one !! Whats sportsbook doesn't have a contact # for you. He said he got the list by email but didn't know which ones were winners and was waiting for for me to call him back and help him out. What !!!!! I guess there not capable of replying to the email. You freaking can't tell me that the A's winning the division isn't a winner and this is a company that works in the sportsbetting industry. something is not right here is all i have to say.

I went ahead and took 90% of my account out. I think I am going to move over to pinnacle sports. I am lazy, and do not like to change, but I also do not want to risk losing my money.
