Everyone has a bad year. It just goes to show you that no matter how good someone is one week, month or year .. everyone hit thats wall at one time or another.
I don't have the numbers, but if you looked at for example Bucsfan67 last 5 years in MLB, you would still be up, even after losing 93 units this year.
It just goes to show you that good money management is the #1 reason why people either win or lose long term.
Alot of the cappers in this forum can pick winners 70% of the time, but they are down. Why you ask ? It's because of bad money management.
Bucsfan67 will be back next year, and he will turn things around. He has shown over the years that he can pick winners and win longterm.
Players following his picks and the likes of ACE ACE need to realize that these players bankroll is not like your average joes. Ace plays with a 50,000 a year roll, so him losing 3,4, 5 or 6 $2000 is not really that big a deal. Yes, it still hits him like it would anyone, but if you can consistantlly pick winners (as he has shown) then it will turn around.
It's the people that play his $2000 picks for the same amount, but with a $5000 bankroll that end up with nothing in the end when he hits a cold streak.
If they wish to follow him and his picks but are working with a $5000 bankroll, they should be playing his $2000 picks for $200.
It has been said time and time again, the majority of players here can pick winners, but it's bad money managment that get's 95% of them in the end.
