I have been playing there on and off for about a year with no problems. Saturday i deposited $100 and worked it up to $383. I then attempted to make a $350 wager and was surprised to learn my limits are now $300. I by no means have won a lot of money there and was very surprised by this. Has anyone else had this problem? Like i said i am not a huge bettor or winner for that matter. Guess i will stick with Jamaica or Pinnacle
Mamula I would contact the manager about this. Unless you have won 5 dimes + don't think that they would cut your limits. And you said you didn't win that much. Was trying to play with them, but if this is true thanks for the heads up with this place. Please update us on this because I'm sure posters want to know if this place does that.
OK, i spoke with customer service and this is what i was told. They told me they base your limits on your last deposit and your limit is 2X that. She said since my last 2 deposits have been for a total of $150, my limit is $300. I really don't understand that policy. I will just continue to play at Jamaica.

Here's what I like, the major sports lines are competitive, and they give a free half point on foots all day friday's. That's nice to have the half point when getting in on those weekend games early (won't let you get off the 3.5 and 7.5 though).
Also took a payout the other day and customer service was A-number one. Got it within an hour or so via neteller.
I've had no issue with them at all so far. Golf lines could be a bit more competitive and the US Open tennis lines didn't start until the quarterfinals, and were one match late.
Otherwise I definitely like em for foots and baskets.

I have had similar issues on two occasions. My limits were set to $100 before even making a wager. It took a lot of bitching to get them upped to a mighty $300. Brutal C/S and a mismanaged book.
Wasn't all bad though........quick payout and good variety of lines. However the way the book is run is silly.

Nine is a decent enough book----- if you play under the radar and don't drop any bombs. If you do, or if you want to start betting a nickel or dime or more on a regular basis, you 'll be asked to leave. Esp if winning, even if only temporarily. If you can stay under the radar it's fine, tho the cs leaves a lot to be desired. Their cs people don't understand their business.
