BetCRIS - Skybook Phones and Websites Down Temporarily.

I just spoke to BetCRIS management and want to assure everyone that the problem with their phones and website is just a server change and that they will be back online within the hour.

Grande and Skybook's phone lines are down for me as well. Anyone else get through to them?

Looks like the downtime will be longer than anticipated. Hopefully back up soon.

They've been down a couple of hours now at least. I would think a big book like that would have a smoother transition to a new server. Why wouldn't they take care of something like this at 2am when their are no games coming up.

I have been informed now that the problem is more than a server change. A major ISP is down. This may be a long delay to get restored.

Skybook acts like it is planned maintenance. I wonder why they take the hit for it, it's not their fault.

I am not sure about the the entire country being down but many phones in there are not operating. Most of the banners here The Rx. are working though.

Sky is always down. WTF is their problem? they must have a list of excuses to use everytime this crap happens.

If you are referring to Skybook, I am surprised...
I have been playing there for a long, long time...and besides when they were having DoS attacks, I can not recall their website being down for long periods of time.
They did have an issue a year or two back with the site being slow right before NFL kickoff....

Lately I have been having some unusual experiences with them though, not sure if it is due to increase duties due to football or what

Also from the sounds of it, this is FAR from "their" problem today
