Why do people try to say TO commited suicide? It's annoying.
I've had bad reactions to pain killers given by my dentist, I couldnt even shut my mouth because my gums had swollen so badly. It happens.
He is OK. He is one of the 5 best WR's to play the game. GET OVER IT.
....people "try and say it" because the police report explicity stated it.
I'm not sure how much experience you have with ODing on hydrocodone, but if you just take 3 or 4 pills they will just send you back home. It's the acetamenophin that is coupled with the asprin that you really run the risk of death from, but the risk area is only beyond 15grams. Above that dosage could shut your liver down over the period of a day or so, but you would need to take over 30 pills to get there. The police report stated that he had taken about 35 pills that night, which would have put him around that limit. The fact that he was in the hospital overnight, and given charcoal (per a baylor hospital employee...I work in the building where he was treated) is consistent with at least them believing he had taken greater than the 2 or 3 that he now claims to have. The overnight stay was to monitor his liver for signs of failure.
Absolutely everything factual that I have heard, from the sworn testimony of the police to his state when he reached the hospital to his treatment while in the hospital, even including his apparent health today is entirely consistent with him having attempted to take his life. I honestly couldn't care less about whether he offs himself or not, and I've been annoyed all day by the coverage...but there are very good reasons for them to say he attempted suicide.
