mods: need some help with betwwts

I recently signed up with betwwts after hearing about the free $100 monday night football wager they offered, as detailed here:
monday night madness

I made the bet through the normal means on their website. Seemed pretty straightforward. Of course, the bet lost, so I was expecting a refund. When I hadn't received it today, I talked to a rep in live chat. He informed me that since I didn't place the bet through the special promotional page, it was treated like a normal bet, thus no refund. The monday night madness page describing the offer makes no mention of how one has to place this bet in a special promotional area (and this page doesn't seem to exist on their website - unlike the free future bet page), it simply states (this is for this week):

Simply bet $100 on the Green Bay Packers at +11 against Philadelphia Eagles this Monday. If the Packers win we’ll pay you out. If the Packers don’t cover we’ll refund your $100 bet right back into your account. No rollovers, no questions asked and you can withdraw your money immediately.

Reading all the terms and conditions on the monday night madness page before placing the wager, this seemed straightforward. Anyway you guys can help me get a refund??

Wsox im sure when WIL or TTINCO or FISHHEAD see this they will call wwts for you to see what is going on... If you placed 100$ only on that game sounds like the clerk helping you may be new....I would think if you did it right they owe you....but those 3 mods are good at getting to the bottom of stuff like this so hang tight

i did the same thing...contacted live support and she got her manager to refund my account 100. Just be prepared to send id

i think you'll be able to get it. when i did it, i made sure it was confirmed by a live chat person, just to make sure everything was as it should.

Another note: I was gonna leave the 100 in there and play a parlay this week but one of the games I wanted could not be in the parlay. So on tue I requested a withdrawl and sent my id. I recieved the verification that they recieved my id. Well I just checked my account and the 100 is still in there this morning. I got on the live chat and they said I needed to send ID before withdrawl! I told themI already did this. Well after about 15 min on live chat they said to contact them later. I don't know why there giving me the run around for only 100 bucks. That being said I will never deposit there again and advise others to stay away and stick to the better books.

This promotion has been a disaster for them.

They told numerous people you could make the bet at all 5 of their books and now they are refusing to honor it. They are telling people you need to have copies of your chat to prove it (Meaning they know what they said, but if you did not copy it, you are screwed) They also claim they have copies of the chats - so why not just look them up?

Becoming a B book in my view very quickly.

Mansion knows how to handle a promotion. WWTS are acting like fools.

Thats insane....Seems that some of these sportsbooks are starting to act like the online casinos....has anyone got their refund from them?

update: contacted CS 2 hrs later and asked if my cashout request has been recieved.... Guess what they said....."We will first need you to send ID"....This place is a joke.

How did you place the bet through the normal means on the website? The promo details say "CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP". The promo states that it only applies to new signups. Were you an existing account holder on any of the Betcorp Platforms?

the rx helped me out as they contacted wwts. Thanks to ttinco it was rectified asap and im sure wilheim will look into it and resolve it

I was a new signup, and didn't have an account on any of their family of sites. The bet was placed as any normal NFL bet would be placed, as I saw no special promotional area to place the bet.
