Expected delays could make this a game between the bullpens and I like the value with Pitt in this spot. Pirates have been playing the role of spoiler well in the past few weeks, they seem motivated. Those are just a few things. I see the game is delayed now (just stepped back in through the door), would've liked to have seen an hour long delay after the 2nd inning or so.
