not sure if this has been posted anywhere yet but it looks like Goodlatte's state needs some $$ and wants to put up ATM-like machines(video) all over the place so people can bet on previously run horse races !

i go to Colonial Downs a couple time a month....me and my buddies go there and get fucked up and bet on horses

I don't think this will be very popular after the initial period of eary success. If the races have allready been run how much handicapping information can they provide at ALL? People with a data-base--would KICK THEIR ASS. A 99 to 1 shot would pay 1 to 9.
It's worthless as a horse wagering event.

i would assume it would be similar to quarter horse mahcines vegas had in 80's and early nineties........i loved them got booted from IP for continuosly hittin homeland the 5 horse at 100 to 1.......fish u remember those machines?
