I think he has only blown 1 lead out of 54 in his career, and that was 10 years ago. Seems like a pretty easy bet, Haney was in town to have his swing dialed, and seems to like course.

That Tiger wager is so solid.

I used to NOT bet Tiger on par 70's and 71's because he had only posted 2 wins out of 22 starts on them as opposed to 10 out of 18 (!) on par 72's. BUT, his last 2 wins have been on a 70 and 71, and this one is a 71. In other words, this one will cash.

This was like stealing.

As for Srichiphan he made comment that he would rather win this Bangkok open than Wimbledon

unless woods crashes, tourtip stanley's picks for outright winning are toast. It's a shame because they were doing quite well. Cink (40-1) is tied for 2nd, Poulter 7th and Immelman 11th.

I like Stanley, but your getting those long odds because Tiger is in field and field is very short this week, so not as impressive as it appears. Just like Andy Roddick looked like a good future play at 30-1, doesnt matter when you have big stop sign like that.

Very true. He got me a +600 or +800 a couple months ago, but I really missed the gravy train here. The public is surely backing him blindly and making a mint. The books have to HATE him lately!

Looks like a better pick than the Allenby one last time. Ofcourse it helps knowing how many rounds are left when you make a wager I suppose.

Was this really at -138 and got bumped up to -669? That was a steal if Tiger was at that. I'm holding Furyk, Poulter, and Howell outrights on the off chance Tiger actually didn't win a tournament. He's talented.

yep

yep, I liked the logic of the pick. Got -138 at Betfair which works out at -144 after commission. Thanks to Railbird, I had thought the price was much shorter for some reason. Should have been - all those other guys up there have seen Tiger march away from them.

Tiger needs a new kid on the block, like Fedex got Nadal in tennis.
