I was over at my so-called friends house using the internet, I noticed this email still on his computer. I am in a tough situation. need some advice. should I confront the guy or what?

Last night i did yak, and before i knew it i was drinking jager. I wasted all the weed $ on the 2nd half of the game. i tried to settle all my problems with what i thought was a lock. i am no better than "MY NAME WAS HERE" or ******. i am sorry and i will pay u back asap. (with intrest) my goal is 200 a week until i pay you 1240. i will only use my $ for grocieries and gas. i wont gamble, drink or go out. i am disgusted with my self. i will have my phone off for a couple days. i proably deserve to be shot. i hope to have you paid off in a month, if not sooner. sorry is not good enough, i have become what i hate the most..... i am going straight for a while. i will see you soon. sorry

I never stole from anybody, yeah I lose every now and then... hell this jerk still is in college at 28 years old. I have a full time job... i am pretty mad.... i don't even live around these fools i was visiting here for the weekend......
