I would send money if I needed to, I'm not really concerned about Neteller.

and banks have 270 days to implement procedures to stop "gambling transactions", if that ever really takes place.

In summary, EFT transfers directly to offshore books may be a problem in 270 days.

how quickly is this bill supposed to be passed? I just hit a sweet 10 game parlay and don't want to get shafted. I didn't have much concern about my funds with Betmania as i've heard good things about them from here which is one of the reasons I opened the acct there. But in terms of "quickness" when is this bill supposed to come into affect at the quickest point?

It is business as usual for me today.

Funds are moving and I'm just getting them into more "secure" books where I know they won't be saying we are quitting.

It will always be a cat and mouse game between the books and banks and regulation. It has been years since you could use a credit card to fund an account and back then everyone thought that would be a death knell to the industry. When there is a will there is a way. People want to bet on sports and they are going to continue doing it.

Marijuana is illegal but I don't think anyone that wants to smoke it has a problem getting it.

If you have any doubt, pull your money. It doesn't cost much (if any), and you can always put it back once the situation calms down.

I'm staying funded. Good to go and I'm not fretting. I wish there was a way for me to make money on this slight panic by the players but dammit if I can't figure an angle on it. Oh well. I'm planning on sending 2k or so to Cris or 5Dimes within the next week or so.... But, that's just me.
