Spoke with WSEX and it will be business as usual when this becomes law. While this was already known, I loved their attitude with their confirmation. There was no qualifying, no equivocation.

I said, "hey, I love you man" and they said, "we love you, too."

Offshores 1, Frist 0. Many more to come.

WSEX will have plenty of action this winter.:howdy:

With StanJames getting out of US market, I'd be wary of Bet365. They could follow. Not that it would mean all that much, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Pinnacle, WSEX, the greek...I'll drink to that.

NBA, NFL, NHL. It's the most wonderful time of the year coming.

Same being said when I asked Bettrojan. Not in the league of Wsex, but decent little shop. The smaller guys will profit more from this than the bigger ones IMO

Glad to hear it, 12. I was going to give them a call until I read what you wrote.

I've used wsex for years since they are trustworthy and reliable.

What I don't understand yet is what the US will do if the offshore guys continue to accept bets from American citizens. How could they go after a shop in Antigua, which is outside our jurisdiction?

I don't see how they could. That's why they're targeting the means of moving money back and forth. Seems like they've conceded part of the battle.

wsex poker could be the biggest winner in all of this...im sure they are DELIGHTED to hear partypoker/pokerstars will be cutting off us based players...

their RAKE FREE site could explode with the influx of new players....

overall their entire operation could potentially become the 800lb gorilla in the offshore word...

I didn't have any problems with big payouts via neteller from 4 out of 5 books this morning, but I'm still waiting for WSEX to process my withdraw request. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I think it would have to be the 82nd, maybe the 101st or perhaps even the 173rd airborne.

Just now processed through Neteller. WSEX Only took 12 hrs. Usually the are very prompt. They kept telling me it would take a little while but didn't have a timetable. Now if I can just get Neteller to send it all to my bank acct. in 1-3 business days.

I agree HuskerFan1. And the books that cut and ran will notice that these books will be making the money that they used to and will go back to doing business with US citizens again.

I'd be more worried about 3rd World books than England (Bet365). Bet365 is one of the safest places in these times.

My only concern is that they're located in England, which seems to be where the books that are pulling the "cut and run" are all located. Are they a public company?

Yes, I believe they are a public company.

Actually, they're not:
