I took some money out of pinny to neteller today. It went smoothly, other than neteller's new terms of service.
This was actually not a "panic" withdrawl, I was planning to do this anyways to pay some bills.
I made an EFT to my bank, and I really don't expect that I will have any problems.
The thought did occur to me though that this might be one of the last times I was able to do this via Neteller. I just hope that whatever company replaces them is just as solid and convinent a company to use!

And maybe sometime we'll actually find out what the bill says. If it's like H.R. 4411, it would only affect transfers TO sportsbooks (and not FROM sportsbooks), it would only apply to persons "engaged in the business of betting" (sportsbooks -- not bettors or banks), and it would only apply in states like Washington where offshore gambling is illegal. Finally, offshore books, being outside the US would be awfully hard to prosecute anyway.
