I thought the old SNF crew was atleast coordinated and new how to play off of each other...this trio is just not ever going to mesh...Tirico with Kirk and Lee, that is where he shined...some groups mesh some don't I can't see anyone meshing in the booth with Korny, he just doesn't fit period....even his voice sucks!

Theisman, Patrick, and Maguire were the worst announcing trio of all time...until this year's MNF trio. Maguire has done well on college games this year IMO. Theisman just has 0 sense of humor and constantly says asinine, contradicting statements
Also agree that TK just doesnt have it as a color guy. He hasn't made me laugh in 4 weeks and just brings nothing to the table. MNF will shakeup the booth yet again next season

Theisman just can't STFU. He is constantly blabbering about nothing. It would appear he has fallen in love with his own voice.
Kornholizer tries to be the funny man. He even admits it. They needed someone to offset Joe's stoic ranting. Problem is he ain't funny. Dennis Miller showed what comedians are like in the booth, but they did not learn from that bonafide disaster.
Torico is just missing something. Maybe charisma, spice , flavor. A lot like Tofu. Not OMT, but just downright boring like he is reading from a script. I think someone said he could play by play a dog show. I think that is a reach. Maybe Little League WS, chess or championship needlepoint. Something that matches his lack of excitement.

It's not a great crew. Enough said. But I think they're under so much scrutiny, that's one reason the criticism is a bit excessive. Remember, there's three people in booth and that's a major difference than two. I agree Joe T. is a blabbermouth and Tony K. is not funny, but I think Mike T. does a decent job. It seems to me, MNF is always trying to recreate Frank, Howard and Dandy Don, and it ain't happening, yet.
