If this legislation does indeed have teeth and becomes a reality, it will hurt all forum that don't invest their own funds into business, unless they change the 'focus" of their business towards being a more-mainstream sports forum
Many of the smaller places, like WhaleWager, support themselves and don't run solely on revenue from gambling portals. Whale has other ventures that generate much more revenue
The bigger places with better traffic and more posters will survive, but may have to cut costs and persue advertising from other sources.
But enough with the what if's, nothing is set in stone yet and we really don't know if this bill will do much what we fear it "could" do, end Offshore Gambling.
From what I've read, this bill that was just passed has some bark to it, but not a whole lot of bite.
Guess we'll find out in the next 9 months and that may or may not affect our plans for next football season
