went to pub to watch tigers at yankees though and had 8 boombas of bud light ans 2 lemon drop shots some broad bought for me plus a shot of jaeger from the bartender and a wild turkey neat from the owner upon arrival

When have I said the world is ending - I have only given alternatives if in the very unlikely event the government is able to block anything.
I have said repeatedly the law is unenforceable, not budgetted for, and if by some miracle they get it to work, Canada makes neteller an easy option.

Hey, Illni, take a look at the people that said we had nothing to worry about, this bill would never get passed. They are the same people saying we have nothing to worry about again??
When will we get it, the our country is hell bent on making gambling damn near impossible for us to do it. If you don't think they are going to succeed, well, I dont know what to tell you.

First of all, I never said the bill would not get passed - quite the opposite. For months, I encouraged calling congressmen and senators.
I do believe our work did pay off to some extend. Gambling was not criminilized and banks do not have to follow the regulations - they can say they are too hard.
As of right now, there is no way you can convince me that the government can block me from opening a Canadian bank account.
That all changes if they criminilize gambling!!! There is a very big difference in the government telling me to work hard to move my money and the government telling me they can put me in the slammer for betting.
Goodlatte plans to try to criminilize gambling again next year. This is a HUGE deal. Hopefully elections will stifle his plans and we'll get someone leading the senate who is not a corrupt asshole who won't try to slip it through in the dark of night.... but once again next year, we will need to work hard to fight this. It should be much easier as after Partypoker drops a few million Americans, the voice will be heard.

I am in the same position as you. I have played online poker as my sole source of income for the last 3 months. I just think your wavering back and forth between paranoid and not worried at all.....well, I think it's funny. If you really knew what was going to happen, you wouldn't waver back and forth.
