Well, not a bad day yesterday all in all. If you followed my units, you made a profit even though we went 1-1. Not to cry over spilt milk, but that SD game should have gone over except for some fluke defensive gems and a couple of doubles that went foul. But that's baseball.
Onward and upward we go! This pick is solid and I'm excited to see everyone following my picks win some money today!! Minny took a tough loss yesterday to the A's with their Ace stud on the mound. Some would say this is a huge blow to their psyche from which they will not be able to recover. I disagree. This team is resilient. They have that "it" factor along with talent. Bonser is young an inexperienced in the playoffs. But think off all the same types of pitchers who made a name for themselves in this spotlight. Bonser will be one of those pitchers. Tomorrow, the papers will read "Boof for President." - well, maybe not yet. But he has been pitching very consistently throughout the latter part of the season. He's in front of the home crowd and his opponent is Loiza....13 + ERA in one appearance against Minny. Not a scary presence on the mound.
With a better pitcher on the mound for Oak, I might lay off this one. But, this is a must win for Minny at home. Take it to the bank.:money8:
