Not good........and anticipate more pokersites/sportsbooks following suit after this bill is passed into law by President Bush, which could realistically occur within the next few hours.

All the ones I expected to fold are already pretty much gone.

I thought 365 would fold and Bowmans would not, but both were on the fence.

You knew the Stan James, Ladbrokes, Will Hill, etc - the ones late to the US party would fold.

I didnt think any Carribean book woudl fold and I don't know of any that have.

The one that remains on the fence is Sportingbet and last I heard they are meeting with the WTO or planning to discuss with the WTO.

Gotta say this seems like a knee-jerk reaction on their part, or the US has strong armed the folks in the UK.

You guys reckon all the UK books will follow suit?

Fucking FRIST and the right-wing zealots, bunch of hypocritcal whores.

Bet365 was my favorite too, all the golf and tennis lines, and the in-play betting ruled.

Wish I was in Canada now.

All the UK books will follow suit. They have relatively small US business. There is zero reason for them to take any risks with US business.

Bowmans may be an exception, but they're not really UK-based any more.

Santo what about Mansion? Any chance they will shut off US players?

I think it unlikely, they're not a public company so have nobody to report to..

I think they are being prudent in marketing their soccer, cricket etc offerings aggressively in the UK currently, as it gives them a way to continue if they do have to shut off the US (Betfair, Betdaq survive without US Business)...

I doubt it's in their immediate plans to do so.

I deposited $500 on monday and they gave me a 15% bonus. I wonder if they will send the $650 it says I have in my account. I just requested my 'forced' payout so i guess i'll find out in a day or so.

Where am I going to bet my soccer now ? www.skybet.com dumped me 5 months ago because i have an address here.

what if we've got pending plays (futures) w/ them?
they should honor those. did everyone get this message that they won't take bets from US customers. i logged on and didn't get that message.
too bad, as they were a good book for betting tennis parlays.
they usually put up lines quicker than 5dimes.

According to them, pending bets will be honored (may have to check on futures), but I was told that as soon as all bets outstanding are settled they will initiate a transfer back the manner in which you posted up.

Question: Where is 5 dimes based?

Wow. My internet was down for two days. Terrible news.

Late in game soccer plays with 10 to 15 minutes to play for no further goals to be scored were as close to a consistent winning system as I've ever found in sports gambling.

Fu-k you Frist. All of you perverted Republican co-ksuckers are going down. You will all lose big in the endgame.
