Neteller Withdraw method help please....

When at netellers website, which method of withdrawl do i use?

Card, Peer to peer, EFT, check fee regular mail....

I would like the option in which Neteller will directly deposit into my bank account....Pinny also says i get 1 free withdrawl per month
