thats the amazing thing about the baseball playoffs, SO FAST, within 24 hours to be down 2-0 in the best of 3 is basically death on a stick. To have to go to Oakland for the next 2, forget about it.

Well I doubt his agent will be using that play when he sends tapes of hunter to all the MLB teams when he is a free agent.

He tried to do almost the exact same thing when he was coming back from his injury, same result on the play. YOu have to admit sometimes this guy plays really really stupid. Such a stupid decision.

I honestly dont think its as easy to write off the twins as everyone is doing right now.

This is BASEBALL, the game of streaks. Home field advantage?? Well look how home-field advantage worked for the twins, hell the A's dont even sell out the stadium in the playoffs.

It is not beyond imagination to think that the twins cant take the 2 in oak town and come back to minny with santana and win it.

TWINS ARE DONE! SEASON WILL END FRIDAY IN OAKLAND. Radke is pitching for the last time in his career that day too, surprised he is going at all with the shoulder he has...

If Hunter makes the catch he could win the gold glove again and makes more moolah in the off-season! If he doesn't make the catch the Twins will only lose this game. If your Tori Hunter, what do you do? Remember, If your Tori Hunter.

Twins fans will never forgive Hunter for this!! HE BE GONE, SMILING FACE AND ALL!!!!!!

It is very easy to forgive torii hunter when a wild pitch brings the score to 5-2. at this point it's not his fault solely.

and BL, we'll see how well Radke does on friday, I have a good feeling.

best part about baseball playoffs when you think there is a guarantee team to win bet againt it. Great example here who would have thought they would lose both games at home

when they lost game one with their BEST Pitcher going, it was quite easy to see the letdown today, Oakland kicked their asses two days in a row and they will mail it in on Friday with broken down shoulder'd Radke.

I watched the game off and on and saw several stupid plays by the Twins. Castillo takes two called strikes in the first few innings, Punto dives to first trying to beat out an infield grounder (you only dive to first when trying to avoid a tag. diving slows you down), of course Hunter's ill-advised dive after the line drive and Nathan's wild pitch in the 9th. Why throw a splitter when there's a runner on third? It's a pitch prone to getting by the catcher, which it did. I know it's easlier to watch and criticize than play, but these guys are pros and should be smarter. The Twins may have had a great regular season, and from what I've heard played very smart, but in the first two games of this series, their baseball "I.Q." is moron range.
