2) you must email sportsavant@therx.com and CC sportsavant@gmail.com with your RX user name and your BetJamaica account number
3) Please put the words 'BJ NHL FUTURE' in the subject line
4) Once you have sent the email, post in this thread. (once all the accounts are created, a list will be sent to betJamaica, and the 10$ will be credited to the account. You will have 24 hours to place your bet on an NHL stanley cup winning future.
5) Offer is open from 6pm EST wednesday to 6pm EST thursday.
