Usually I request a withdrawal one night, and hits my account by 5pm. They are telling me they don't know why it wasn't processed, and the department is closed.

I think the bill is going to effect more than just getting your money out.

sequence of events

a) on a Friday a bill that is completely unlikely to affect (immediately or short term) a privately held company like CRIS is passed
b) over the weekend everyone panics, on Monday shares of public companies lost a great deal of their value
c) more panic

from a to c .....a bunch of players withdraw their entire balances........accounting in many places doesnt work at full force over a weekend

the huge peak in withdrawals exhausts the balances of the gaming companies that they have in neteller.......wires are sent but wires sent internationally might take 2 days to arrive

players panic because their payment is late 1-2 days, more panic.......and the circus goes on

I wouldn't call this panic, concern is more the term.

I have played with CRIS for 3 years now, and NEVER had to wait over 2 days. I requested the payout on 10/3 around 12am, like I do all the time. And it is ALWAYS in my Neteller account the following day by 5pm.

Well, here it is 10/6 now, and I have been told two different answers. One, they don't know what happened. Then, today about 2pm, I was told it was approved and would hit my account by 5-6pm ET. And I got nothing.

Now, I get that the withdrawal was duplicated, that is why it was declined?? Declined? They just told me it was approved.

You guys can keep kidding yourself, this Gambling bill is having a bigger effect than the "few select posters" like to believe.

A book could see this coming and send extra funds to Neteller to be ahead of the run.

Mansion seemed to do fine paying off on Pitts.

Withdrawl problems

I tried to withdraw money from Betcris and ran into problems as well. They told me I needed to fill out two authorization forms and send them a copy of my credit card (front and back) and ID. The only other site I have used is Sports.com and they sent me a check immediately after requesting withdrawl.

Did anyone else have to fill out these forms to get their money? Or is this just a ploy to keep my money on the site?

P.S. The reason I might be skeptical is because they never gave me the bonus that was promised to me.

I am new to this, all help would be much appreciated.

Itchy if you deposited by credit card that is normal procedure. Normally if you deposit by neteller you shouldn't have these problems.

Do you have to deposit by neteller to get a bonus too?

I actually called them and asked them what I needed to do to get a bonus and they said to deposit a minimum of $300. I did that, yet did receive my bonus because I used a credit card. They should have told me i wouldn't get a bonus beforhand. Then I wouldn't have gone to the site.

It seems unethical to me. Is there someone I can take this problem to?

Thanks for the response nflplayer, next time i will use neteller but i am just pinching pennies here for now.
