When will the majority of threads in offshore not be about panic and should I pull my money from wherever and run for the hills?


anyone have any opinions on when it will settle in and people will just accept it?

tommorrow is Day 6 since the senate passed it


do we have another week or 2 of this?

its not a matter of days or weeks

its when a book tells you its in trouble its too late

as its often said here - only deposit what you can afford

and look closely at your deposit/withdrawal method.

bos claimed they had the money to repay - i doubt non publicly listed books would even bother repaying or saying they wud - when the time comes for them.

I hear Neteller will cease all US transactions the minute Bush signs. Not looking good for offshore. Locals I know are all excited and agents are getting excited too.

No offense or disrespect but if you're not smart enough to figure out how to use one of numerous other methods of sending money to fund an off shore sportsbook then you probably shouldn't be gambling to begin with. Neteller is not the ONLY way to send and receive money.

This, "oh no Neteller is going to close it's door to US customers and the sky is falling" shit is getting old!

I read today that the FDA will now allow prescription drugs to come into the U.S. from Canada without confiscation as has been the past protocol....as many senior folks can get them (drugs) for far less..maybe this is an indication...a move...a scent...that the folks in Washington are finally feeling some pressure....which maybe spills over to the nonsense of the IGB of 2006...

I still think the mods should set up a specific "Chicken Little" forum so those that are so inclined can panic in peace and we can get back to business here...

One clue, dont think for a minute more than need be, that these public companies are just going away. Certainly third party processors.

I'm thinking hard about all my bets for this weekend and the fact that after a great early football and NHL year and moving my money around this week, my bankroll is at an all time high offshore.

My concern is very minimal. As long as my computer has an internet connection, my car has tires and there are planes, I can adapt. I'm sure plenty of places (banks, countries, sportsbooks will continue to like money)
