So with a 10 unit play on Cards ML and a 10 unit play on Padres (-1.5) you are guaranteed + money as long as any score hits other than the Padres winning by 1 run. I never really play baseball, more of CFB guy, but I saw this and was pretty shocked. Does this happen a lot in baseball, and is putting 10 units on each worth the risk?

well cards won by 4 the first game, cards are home, that bet is up to you, baseball is tough to judge, as many people know by the twins two drops

This game is in SD. The best play on this game is the under. As a Cards fan, I know how good Wells has pitched against us in the past and how much we have struggled vs lh pitching this year. SD is offensively sputtering and Weaver, though nobody else thinks so, has been fairly decent since coming over from LA as he is like 5or 6 and 4 with era around 4.5 which is big improvement. Really think Cards resign him as he is still young and has always had the ability to be a good pitcher. I see a 1 run ball game either way that is low scoring. Edge to Pads but with momentum of Game 1, I would not be the least bit surprised if Cards win this game as this will be the 8th game played in playoffs lifetime between Cards and Padres. Cards have won all 7 previous played games!

I moved the run-line to SD -1 +102. Wells looks sharp and Jeff Weaver craps himself in big games. Wells even this series up.

Hey $36.00 for a $200.00 bet probably isn't the way to go but a win is a win, was looking for the Padres to win by two which would have made it $60.00.....
Thanks Jayrocker for pointing this out....:103631605

This is an absolute terrible way to play games guys.

Do you think the books would allow you to do this if this would be a long term winner? Nope! They are much smarter then that.

In this case you would have to win this 6 times before losing ONCE just to show a profit.
