Why do books like SIA and sportsbook lie to you?

Whenever I ask where a neteller withdrawal is, they tell me - oh, we have sent it, but it takes 48 hours to get to your neteller account.

Why the hell do they lie to us?

Do they think we are stupid?

Why don't they just say it takes us 48 hours to process and send the withdrawal.

They must know we use more than one book and others get it done in 10 minutes.

Idiots.

I don't think they lie to you. Remember these people don't have the benefit of a higher education and see the world somewhat differently. When you call a CSR at SIA and they tell you they have sent it what they really mean is that it has cleared your betting account and been sent to the accounting department. So as far as they are concerned they have sent it...even if its only got as far as accounting. Of course accounting doesn't speak to anyone.

Sean, Ive had this argument with a SIA rep before and its almost like he believed what he was telling me. After about 10 minutes I just gave up. I kinda think he really thought it took Neteller 24-48 hours to put it in my account but on the other hand, he could have hung up and started laughing at what a nice job he did.

They mean 'they sent it' to their internal payment processer.

at SIA its one lady that does all the payments

If they ( SIA) just simply paid on time, all the time, they'd probably be rated B+ by now.

It makes no sense to delay, when they are going to pay, anyway. You can't even lose the money while you wait, now.

Stay away from this mickey mouse book and stick with the top books, imo, the bonuses and gimmicks aren't worth the headache

If they just said it takes us 48 hours to send out payments, I'd have no problem with that either...

I just dont understand what these books think they achieve by saying they sent it instantaneously.

I don't know where SIA or sportsbook are located, but the people in Costa Rica have a good education. Costa Rica's education system is considered to be quite good. Now there may be language differences or perhaps upper management is bullshitting them in Costa Rican books.

However my reply was tempered because the questioner, Sean, is known to have a higher education and I was attempting to explain how others might think. It is often hard to put oneself in another man's shoes.

jeez. Everyone knows sportingbet takes up to 48 hours for neteller payouts. They are consistent though and it is free....never had a problem.

When i booked action I payed the guys as fast as I could esp the younger ones and would see the joy in thier face's.

Letting them know I;m on the up and up no need to go anywhere els.

Of course they'd buy drugs or go to the card room and next week couldn;t pay?
