With all this legal fiasco and speculation, I did get a little concerned about my money in the two books which I opened a couple of weeks ago online. I asked for a partial payout via Netteller and another via Cashier's check from Betmania to see how "quickly" they are when it comes to paying out. The Netteller money was there in about an hour! I honestly was more then thrilled with that. It hasn't even been one day later and they already have my Fedex tracking number for the "overnight" delivery of my cashier's check which is showing will be delivered tomorrow.

I just spoke to a girl named "Erika" and asked her the stance "Betmania" is taking on this new legislation, etc. She said as of right now it's "business as usual." And according to her, it's the same today, as it was yesterday, and last week, and last month, and last year, and probably will be tomorrow.

That is what I liked to hear! To my knowledge, Betmania is the only site that boasts "ties push" teasers, as skybook did last year, but no longer does -- which is why I chose to open an account with betmania. Betgameday seems ok as well but their site navigation is horrific IMHO.

At any rate, for anyone concerned about deposits or the stance certain sites are taking or will take, it looks as though "Betmania" is not only taking the stance of "business as usual" but they'll also cash you out lightning quick. I'm extremely pleased as this point, to say the least. As long as that fedex envelope doesn't arrive EMPTY tomorrow, nothing is gonna change my impression of them anytime soon. Just thought i'd share.

Not to discount what you said. cause its great, but I wouldn't be concerned about receiving a payout at this time. its after this bill is signed and in effect that you want to be concerned.

Right now books almost have to keep paying if they want to keep getting paid by re-ups and new customers. Once deposit methods disappear, well that's when I get nervous about my existing betting accounts.

I agree, but from what i've read this thing is already having affects on other books. Obviously the poker sites are worried about the US markets with their stance, either is bet365. In addition, the 2nd issue about "getting paid" even books like betcris some people seem to be getting the lag with -- so I was just saying betmania is 2 for 2 at the current time with these issues or lack thereof.

Betmania is owned by a guy who was indicted with BOS. (He was from MVP or Millenium - I can't recall, but not from the BOS scum)

What is the US gonna do indict him again? I feel very secure with money there.
