Their Customer Service is great, however getting high limits is not easy. go to their website www.instadebit.com, they have an online chat and you can find all about limits, withdrawls, etc.

You just type in your name and address and bank info. they verify it electronically and seconds later you can deposit from your bank directly to the book. Withdrawal from wsex, you withdrawal using instadebit, they hold the funds in your account until you notify them how much you want transfered back to your bank account. Canadian based company. Great customer service. Haven't had a problem with them. The only reason for contacting customer service was to verify they will still be in business when the law is passed.
