Install their player, and you can watch a number of live TV feeds--including ESPN and ESPN2--right there on your computer screen. I've used this from a number of wi-fi locations and typically the picture quality is very good.
Obviously, this is one of those things that will eventually get shut down by the relevant entertainment industry interests but for now its a great. Enjoy it while you can!
