As you may have heard, the US Congress has recently passed a bill that prohibits unlawful gambling transactions originating from the United States . The legislation does NOT affect customers who live outside the US .
The bill, once it is signed into law by President Bush, will result in regulations being drawn up within a 9-month period on how financial firms are expected to comply.
It is not yet clear whether EntroPay, which is based outside of US jurisdiction, will be able to continue allowing our US customers to make payments to gaming sites. We will keep you updated with any developments in this regard.
In the meantime, we will continue to offer EntroPay VISA cards to all of our customers, wherever they live, to make safe and private Internet purchases.
