not sure those funding methods are the way to go anymore

id be looking at the books with debit cards - and which bank is issuing them in which country. then id be looking at how to fund them as anonymously as possible.

neteller relies on us correspondant banking and as such is not safe until they change the way they do business. not safe doesnt meant you cant use them or they are folding but they have been caught out already by their bank processor and if you fund using US banks thats not a good thing right now.
