Lets say someone only needs to cash in/out like once or twice a year. lets say they fund enough, manage their books enough etc. CAN they go in person to the book and get paid in Cash or fund account in cash? Say someone wants to fly to the Greek or whereever? Sure would be tough to block that? Any thoughts here? thanks.
