Gazzilion dollar lineup and can't score a run even when they leadoff an inning wth a double?

If they lay down tomorrow , someones head is going to be gone. Joe Torre, someone...George isn't going to handle this well.

I saw Rogers pitch a playoff game back in 1996 vs Balto and I would have bet my life he would not be starting a post season game in 2006...

He appeared to be on his last legs back then, ten years ago.

I would not count the Yanks out quite yet Bonderman hasn't exactly been dominant as of late. It would be HUGE to get Zumaya a night off and be fresh tommorow

A-Rod is starting his own legacy as one of the worst post season chokers in MLB history.

Rogers performance should go down as one of the best in recent times...to have that kind of sharp curve on a dry cold night is remarkable....not to mention shutting down this lineup.

I hate the Yankees as much as anyone (big Mets fan here), but

c'mon, if this season has taught us anything, it's that the dead still live!

This season has taught me the Yankees could still win tonight even as we head to the ninth.

yankees lineup matches up well with guys that aren't thinking mans pitchers like bonderman, who also lacks good off speed stuff. I think they will get to him. Whether Wright can hold Detroit down, on the other hand, I am not sure.

rogers pitched the game of his life tonight...he was like a 12 year old in little league tonight on the mound tossing the ball into his glove talking to himself on the mound...that right there is what its all about...

as good as tonight was this series isnt over b/c game5 back in new york sounds scary with robertson...

tigers need to end it tomorrow night with the best pitching matchup of the series for them....bats have been solid since their august slump even vs's kc they were on fire...no excuses tomorrow night...
