$10 for a W/D? Wow, that is pathetic. They hit you when you deposit, they hit you now when you take out, and then in between they double dip the book or merchant you do business with as well. That's horrible.
I liked them as an extra out to move money, sometimes it paid to use them. Not these days.

Guys... Has any of you been able to contact them? I had a withdrawal to my firepay and count and it says it has been temp. disabled... There website says that you can only contact them via email and says that there are several reps that work 24 hours a day and will answer the email within minutes... Well I sent the first one on Wednesday then another on Thursday... I still haven't got a response yet...
