Speaking of Savannah, my wife and I drove down there a year or two ago and didn't like it the short time we were there. We were thinking of moving out east back then...so we drove to Charlestown and thought that was awesome, but we ended out deciding to stay away from those damn hurricanes.

weather is awesome this time of year. Too hot in the summer, but it never really gets cold. The crime is getting out of hand right now though. Last week we had 5 shootings in one day. That is outrageous for a city this size. I live 10 min from the beach, so thats pretty nice.
Yeah that's what we didn't like about it...seemed dangerous. We made a wrong turn and we were scared. Seemed kind of rundown, even right around downtown. Charlestown seemed much nicer and safer, but I have no real way of knowing if that's true or not. Just seemed like a great place to live.
