Bush has till October 14th to sign this bill. Once he does Neteller will act quickly and comply to this with US citizens. I know Neteller is not the only means to transfer money but is probably the most popular. I'm sure you'll see a run on sportsbooks debit cards like some have now but they will be shot down easily. Some have had these previously and didn't last, what makes you think these debit cards will last with this situation? Time to start betting with locals once again for most.
neteller states they are not going anywhere..but for the 18th time do not have any money offshore that you are uncomfortable losing because if you do have more then you are comfortable with and something happens you can ONLY blame yourself...that is a general rule at ANYTIME of the year
