Well, I don't know what to think.

Yesterday, I inquired about InstaDebit as a method of depositing. Got good answers. So last night I opened an acount from their web site. Received an email that I was approved for $600. daily limit.

This morning go to Pinnacle and try to make a small deposit. DECLINED.

I go to Online Chat and the representative tells me after getting my name and email, that he doesn't know why it was declined; maybe because it was a new account. I told him that I had an email last night from Instadebit telling me approved. He said I could contact their security dept during business hours. He suspected it was declined because it was a new account, but not sure.

Very Upset.

I don't think Pinnacle had anything to do with it being DECLINED.
It was InstaDebit.
I CLOSED the account with their online chat. (InstaDebit's Online Chat).

I mean how good can they be. Send me an email that the account is approved last night at 10:30pm. After of course I provide ALL my financial details and then Decline my first transaction. Their online rep tells me it may be that my account is to new! What kind of company is that?

I just hope there is no problem The on line chat rep said he could handle it, but no confirming email. Nothing.

Have you ever had checks not clear through CITADEL? They seem to share info from what I hear. I used to use INSTADEBIT about 2 years ago but stopped due to shit like this.

Hell I still use NETELLER. Neteller just raised my instacash limit to $10,000!!! It was a $5000, but I am sticking with them. I received 2 payouts to my bank account already this week and they were made in record time! No reason not to stick with neteller.

Whoson- I've used InstDebit with Pinnacle deposits often and have never had an issue with them. The only that I can think of that would be an issue (as crazy as they sound but I've encountered with other places) might be your email address differs from the one on your account, middle initial, and I know some exchanges actually make you wait until they varify your account. Example being..they deposit $.027 in your checking account, you log in and varify the amount to proceed. That process can take up to 7 business days.

They must be a goofy company to have an online chat representative to not have any idea what the problem is.
I closed the acct. immediately and hope there is no problem (hanky-panky) with my checking account.
They did not mention anything about depositing to my account. They even sent me an email that all my information had been verified.
I'll call them on Monday to be SURE my account is closed.

If you're paying $445 to move 5 dimes, you need your head examined.

TTINCO!!! Certainly you have heard of books that pick up the instacash havent you???? How could you not know this??? betjamaica among MANY others dont charge the instacash fee! Perhaps you need your head examined or you at least need to start placing actual bets on the net before making a comment

Opened an account with Instadebit about one month ago. It was approved in about ten minutes, also for $600. My first deposit was with Brisnet which was immediately denied, no explanation given. Contacted Instadebit and they could not explain it, Brisnet made some suggestions which were all trivial and were unable to resolve the matter as well. I subsequently closed my accounts at both venues along with emails that were not complimentry.

Buckpasser,
I assume you contacted them by phone to close the account?
The online chat is next to worthless.
Hope you've had no problems with your checking...Can you let me know
Thanks..

Whoson1st, I closed my Instadebit account of only a few days ,through email. They said their security department would have to review my request and terminate it accordingly. Indeed they did do just that, I was notified (again by email )and I've had no problems with my checking account since. It was a frustrating experience that ultimately cost me my Brisbet/Brisnet account as well, due to their lack of interest in assisting me as well. Nevertheless, I'm back on track and no longer affiliated with Instadebit. In their defense, the problem may have been with the state I live in (MA) not allowing debit type transfers to certain web addresses ,but that was never explained to me. GL
