From what I understand the NBA is trying to push NBA Tv worldwide. Maybe this is part of the thinking, to limit the Center Court package as much as they can? When I was in Mexico they were suprisingly pushing the channel on satellite when I have to think there isn't a whole lot of interest in the NBA from most fans to pay extra for it.
