I know that they advertise here and this may seem petty to most, but I just do not like being misled by people.....
I clicked on the link from here and saw on their homepage that they had a 30% progressive bonus. I have never played with them before and I decided what the heck, I will give them a shot. I have gotten most of my money back home but still had something small sitting in Neteller.(250) and a local out does not have a total on a game I like tonight so what the hell.
Here is what the promotion page looked like....

Annoyed know I call and explain the situation to a guy in sales and he informs me that the 30% is for reups and that new accounts only recieve 20%. After I argue that is not what they state on the website, he relents and tells me that he can do the 30%, but with a 8x rollover. I ask him why and he tells me that it is that way for all new accounts. I tell him about my chat and how I was told that "all rollovers are 3 times only" and he tells me nope, only reups.
I ask for supervisor and get a guy Rich who was a nice guy, but now he tells me that all new accounts have a 6x rollover and that both of his employees were wrong and had made a mistake. I askedfor a refund and he granted it.
To sum it up....I was misled by their website, lied to atleast twice and will never play there. Like I said I know it is pennies, but I know that I would have lost my entire account there tonight on my total and would have been real pissed that I gave these scumbags any of my money.
