One of the best days of my "gambling" life (close to up 2k today) and I love SD. Haven't made a bet all year (one sided) over $200, though I have hit some middles for $300 each way($600 profit) but never fully exposed for over $200. Thinking about going for the throat. Discipline has been my strength so far this GREAT football run this fall.

Somedays you just know everything is going your way!!!!!!!!!

Do you ever just throw caution to the wind and go for it because you feel like EVERYTHING is going your way? Maybe it is Tiger hangover from yesterdays big win over the Yankees:dancefool

It's alright to increase your play, just don't go crazy and piss away all your profit.

okay here is where I stand (bet this early in week). San Diego -3 -565/+500.

Should have explained myself a little better. Would usually go for a side and bet back +3.5 (line didn't move like I thought so not happy at all) but am thinking of riding out the $500 with SD.

Should have expalined I would have NEVER bet anymore than $500 but that still is WAY more than a normal bet

I went 5-1 this afternoon with a very large winning wager on Chicago. Passed on the afternoon games and am hitting San Diego for a regular unit play tonight. Lock in your profit as tomorrow is another day.

bought back half of my bet at +3.5 (not overall great plays to say the least) but am still exposed $250 on SD, most all year. I really do love this game tonite. Thanks guys for calming me down, hell after rereading this thread almost ashamed of the excitement level I am at.

I should have stressed more that do you ever feel where you are "in the zone" ( I am due to lose big after all this confidence, gambling gods will straighten me out :lolBIG: )?

Right on :dancefool

Enjoy that euphoric winning feeling for the night. Close the head to wagering for the day. Go out with your lady for a nice dinner, bottle of wine or two and see where the night leads with a free mind

No. I rarely load up on SNF and/or MNF...in fact, Im up this week, and currently dont have or plan to bet MNF.

The isolated games such as MNF are longterm losing bets for players.

Yes I do. Its my biggest weekness. Im not a chaser when im losing like most. As a matter of fact when im losing my bets get small and smaller, but when im winning I like to shot for the moon.

They are long-term losing bets for the public because the line is shaded toward a public team on Sunday and Monday nights. More people are watching just those teams.

Which is why I took SD -3 tonight.
